If you are making changes within the booking cancellation or refund schedule, you can do so easily using your booking email.

• Click the “Change/Cancel appointment” link in your confirmation email

• On the confirmation page click “Cancel/Reschedule” to select a new date and time

• After rescheduling, you will see an updated confirmation page and receive a new confirmation email with updated appointment details.

• If you are cancelling your appointment a gift voucher to the value of your booking will be sent to you via your booking email ASAP

You are free to take notes or make an audio recording during your session.

If you request directly at the beginning of your session I can generate an audio transcript that can be emailed to you after the apointment.
