  • If you book any services offered by Gala Hallelujah and this website you are acknowledging that you have:

    1. Read the following Terms of Service / Disclaimer

    2. You agree to all terms outlined, and

    3. You have read and understood the Cancellation and Refund policy.

    1) Full payment for online appointments is required at the time of booking. All prices are in AUD and includes GST (if applicable). 

    2) Payment terms for Event bookings is agreed between Contractor  [Your Business}  and Service Provider {Gala Hallelujah} at the time of booking and will be outlined in booking documentation. Event services remain subject to all other Terms and Conditions outlined here. 

    3) Unless arranged prior, all services are offered online via video call, a link to which is provided in your booking confirmation email. Accessing this booking link and technology to access the appointment are the sole responsibility of the client.

    4) Bookings are in Australian Eastern Standard time from Melbourne/Naarm, Australia. 

    5) Appointments are restricted to individuals 18 years or older at the time of booking. 

    6) All services are offered for guidance and entertainment only. All information given is at the discretion of the client to use of their own free will and is offered for thoughtful consideration only.

    7) Due to the nature of the service, your subjective experience and the content of your session may vary. Your satisfaction with, or accuracy of an appointment is not guaranteed. 

    8) No services given are a substitute for other forms of professional advice (medical, legal, financial, psychological etc.).

    9) The client takes full responsibility for being of sound mind for participating in a reading. Anyone experiencing life threatening illness or the risk of harm to self or others should contact Emergency Services Australia on 000 or the emergency services in your country. 

    10) The right to discontinue an appointment at any time is reserved. This is at the full discretion of the service provider {Gala Hallelujah}. A full refund or partial refund will be provided if deemed applicable.  

    11) Booking times are indicative only and a session may run short or long at the discretion of the service provider based on the content of the appointment

    12) Cancellation and Refund Policy

    1. Appointments may be rescheduled subject to availability with up to 24 hours notice. 

    2. Resceduling is limited to one change per booking purchased. Clients found to rescheudle a booking multiple times may have their appointment cancelled without refund.

    3. Appointments may be cancelled with a notice of 48 hours or more and a credit in the form of a gift voucher will be issued to the value paid at the time of booking. Appointments Cancelled under 48 hours prior to booking will not be refunded.

    4. No-shows for appointments are deemed to occur when a client has not been in attendance from 20 minutes from the appointment start time. No-shows are not eligible for refund or rescheduling of bookings.

    5. To not impact other clients, late attendance to appointments will not be accommodated with an extended booking time unless at the discretion of the service provider. 

    6. If the service provider ever needs to reschedule your appointment, we’ll notify you as soon as possible and assist with rescheduling.

      We understand that emergencies happen, please contact us to discuss possible exceptions to these Cancellation and Refund policies on a case-by-case basis.

    13) Gift Vouchers are able to be REDEEMED HERE for 365 days from purchase. All other terms and conditions remain applicable to individuals booking using a Gift Voucher.

    Gala Halleujah will not charge any fee for your access request, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information.

    In order to protect your Personal Information we may require identification from you before releasing the requested information.

    It is important to us that your Personal Information is up to date. We will  take reasonable steps to make sure that your Personal Information is accurate, complete and up-to-date.
